Emerald Surf is a low rise (only 5 floors) gulf front condo at Navarre Beach. Each room offers 2 bedrooms and two baths with a gulf front balcony that opens from the living area and the master bedroom. All units have a full kitchen a most units have washer and dryers inside the unit. The project also offers wireless internet. The Emerald Surf pool sits on the gulf side of the project. There is some covered parking under the building. Rates below do not include the $125 cleaning fee or the 12% sales tax.

UNIT OCCUPANCY - Families only - the occupancy of each unit is limited to the number of guests advertised. This is the maximum number of guests permitted, including children. All occupants are subject to eviction, with forfeiture of all rents and security deposits if unit occupancy is over allowed limit. NO GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. NO WEDDINGS ARE ALLOWED AT OR IN ANY OF OUR RENTAL UNITS If you are planning a large party we will be happy to help you locate accommodations. Units cannot be used for this purpose. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
